Tomlinson Golf Samples Policy

1. All sample orders must be e-mailed to sales@tomlinsongolf.com
2. Unfortunately all samples are chargeable and non returnable.
3. Due to high administration and processing costs samples will strictly not be accepted back for credit.
4. Small samples are normally despatched by post and larger samples by carrier at our discretion.
5. If a strict timeline is required i.e. the sample must be there tomorrow no fail, then we strongly suggest a carrier is used, as although it is more expensive than the post, it is the only way to guarantee the arrival of the sample.
6. Due to our large range of over 600 golf products we cannot possibly keep all samples in stock. We purchase many of our range on a “as required” basis from our supplier i.e. Brand Name Clothing, Brand Name Luggage, e.g. Nike Shirts. So please bear this in mind as many of the manufacturers will only ship by carrier and not by post which obviously costs more.
